The concept of polarity in men and women came from ancient scriptures. Wisdom from Tantra, Taoism, and yoga speaks about the balance between the masculine and feminine energy within. Our energy system is composed of 7 major vortices of energy centres, these are called chakras. It begins from the base of our spine to the crown of the head. Each of these chakras has a male and female polarity.
Chakra ‘चक्र’ a Sanskrit word, means a wheel or a circle. These seven chakras are constantly in a state of rotation. It’s more like an interconnected network of energy channels, through which vital energy circulates. The masculine energy is Protons and the feminine energy is Electrons. What is essential to realize is that the chakra system is not just an intangible etheric concept. It flows within the body itself to a nerve plexus, which contains an electromagnetic radiance of that nerve plexus.
Although chakras have similar qualities in both sexes, there are still many subtle differences in how these energy fields get expressed in men and women. This is where the dance of polarity begins. So, out of seven chakras, Root, Solar Plexus and Throat chakras are masculine (giving) in nature, which are receptive centres for women. Wherein, Sacral, Heart and Third eye is positive polarity for feminine (giving), which are receptive centres for men. The Crown chakra is the space where the distinction ends and everything unites together in harmony.

It is noteworthy to understand the differences between male and female energy are not there to conflict but complement each other. The innate balancing nature of Shiva & Shakti. It is present not just in physical form but encompasses our energetic field in chakra polarities giving men and women their unique quality to achieve the highest version of each other individually and also in communion.
Imbalances in chakra points occur when we are not aligned with our innate nature of beingness. It is essential to find a balance of energy in each chakra. My Intensive Chakra Journey (hyperlink of the course) offers a deep exploration of each chakra, and how the polarity in the chakra system works. We work with different meditation and energetic practices to realign the energy field of individual practitioners so he/she can manifest a life of harmony and synchronicity.
